1. Acceptance

By installing and using the "Apostas de Confiança" application (the "App"), you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Nature of the service

The App is an independent informational guide to online gambling operators licensed in Portugal. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept deposits, do not pay out winnings, and do not operate any real-money game.

All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or risk-management advice.

3. Minimum age

The App is intended exclusively for users 18 years and older, in accordance with Portuguese online gambling legislation (Decree-Law no. 66/2015 and subsequent legislation).

4. Relationship with operators

Some links to operators are affiliate links. This means we may receive a commission if you click through, register, and play with that operator. This commission never affects our editorial evaluation, which follows objective criteria published in the App.

The presence of an operator in the App does not constitute a recommendation to gamble, nor any guarantee of financial outcome.

5. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to keep information current (bonuses, payment methods, deadlines, rules), but the conditions actually applicable are always those published by the operator itself at the moment of the wager. Always verify before playing.

We are not responsible for:

  • Changes to bonuses, deadlines or terms made by the operator after publication;
  • Disputes between the user and the operator;
  • Losses arising from gambling;
  • Technical issues with the operator's platform.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the technical operation of the App or our server;
  • Use the App to promote illegal gambling or operators not licensed in Portugal;
  • Scrape App content in an automated fashion without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

Text, images, design, and code of the App belong to Apostas de Confiança or its respective authors. Operator logos are trademarks of their respective holders and used under informational fair use.

Short quotes with attribution are permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apostas de Confiança is not liable for:

  • Financial losses arising from wagering decisions;
  • Temporary unavailability of the App or site;
  • Indirect damages, lost profits, or lost opportunity.

Our total aggregate liability is in any case limited to EUR 100.

9. Responsible gambling

The App actively promotes responsible gambling. If you feel you are losing control, seek help:

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced inside the App at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Portuguese courts.
